Agreement
By purchasing a SaaS Boilerplate license you agree to these terms. They are meant to be plain, honest, and short. If anything here is unclear, email us before you buy.
What you can do with the code
- Personal license: build any product you own. Not for delivering to clients.
- Commercial license: build products for yourself and for clients (freelance, agency, contract work).
- Both tiers include unlimited projects, all future updates, and access to the WhatsApp support group.
- You may modify the code freely within your projects.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license the boilerplate itself, in whole or in part.
Your license and access
- One license = one buyer. If your team needs access, upgrade to a higher seat count or contact us.
- You are responsible for keeping your GitHub account secure. Sharing repo access violates these terms.
- We may revoke access if the license is resold or shared publicly.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the code to build a product that competes directly with SaaS Boilerplate.
- Do not use the code to build anything illegal.
- Do not upload the source to public repositories, gists, forums, or AI training corpora.
Payment and no-refund policy
Prices are shown at checkout in Indonesian Rupiah and are due in full at purchase. Because this is a digital product delivered as source code — once we grant access to the private repository the code cannot be returned — all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Read the feature list and FAQ carefully before you buy, and email us before purchasing if anything is unclear.
Support and updates
We answer email and WhatsApp within a few business days on best-effort basis. New versions ship when they are ready — there is no fixed release schedule. Access to updates continues for as long as your license is active.
Intellectual property
You own the products and derivative works you build using the boilerplate. We retain ownership of the boilerplate itself — its source code, docs, brand, and trademarks. Attribution is appreciated but not required.
Termination
You can stop using the code at any time. We may revoke your license, without refund, if you violate the acceptable-use or license terms above. Any product you already shipped remains yours.
Limitation of liability
The boilerplate is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the boilerplate is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the code after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the seller’s jurisdiction.
